Savannah - Team gifts

Each time I go to On Stage or in the past regular convention, I always give my team members (that took the time to go and learn more about their Stampin' UP! business) gifts. This year I framed the SU logo and their name and the year they started and it was fun to do. I started out buying frames from thrift stores and ended up with some $1 store frames. I ended up painting them all. The white frames are for those that are at the bronze or bronze elite title and the silver frames are from those that earned the title Silver or Silver Elite.  Here is the process!

While I am on gifts these are the pillow gifts I gave my room mates.  It is a premade small notebook I got some time ago at Target and held on to for a while and added the tag using the Decorative Label punch and ribbon and made the flower from the  Petite Petals punch and came up with this.  Both these punches are retiring and I am going to really miss them.

Savannah- Saturday

The day finally came for everyone to get together at the conference. We had such a good time. This was my team that came from Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania!  I am truly blessed to have all these creative women on my team.

Us cutting up!

We had to show the back of our shirts. "RIGHT"

Don't you love our shirts?  Michelle Deal  created them for our team and Elaine's team gifted us with them. Thanks so much Michelle and Elaine's team.

Joan and I are sitting at a separate table, we had 3 tables of our team. It is not a bad thing to happen right, to be with your stampin team and have fun and learn new ideas.

This is my direct team members meaning they signed up under me directly.

Karel Standish- Garner, NC
Joan Hartshorn- Lake Wales, FL
Jess Davis- Hanover, PA
Karen Patterson- Sebastian, FL

Two of our team members just earned Silver Elite and they got to walk across the stage and be recognized!  Congratulations Karel and Elaine!

Sorry Karel they were to fast to take down your name.

I was extremely excited to see my name under Gold.  I feel truly blessed  by my team and my customers  who made it all possible.

There probably many that got the recognition across the world but I was the only one in Savannah.  Photos aren't the best but it is what it is right?

Thanks for stopping by and viewing our team activities. Please let me know if you want to join us next time and be on my team.

Centre Stage- if you hold the title of Silver Elite and above as a Stampin' UP! Demonstrator you are eligible to go to a nice dinner and get extra stamp sets as well as other goodies as well as extra training.  I was excited to get a door prize from the evening  speaker.

Below is Karel Standish and Elaine Pelletier from my team (who earned Silver Elite) and went with me this year.  This is the first time I have had team members go with me and it was exciting to share this time with them.

Savannah- Day 2 - Sightseeing/shopping

Today we did some sightseeing in Savannah. There is so much to see.  We found the Marche de Macarons shop and yummo...  Karen and I hopped out of the car while the others circled the block, parking was hard to come by.

The macaroons were soooooooooooo delicate and yummy. Thank you Allison Barber for telling me about the shop.

We are downtown on the River Front checking out the shops and had a blast.
Below is Carmen and Karen in the back seat. Cindy is our chauffeur this time, they take turns.

Shopping in a gift shops- here the girls are picking out charms.

Michelle and I decided to rest a bit while the others shopped.

Right after this shop I took a tumble on the cobblestones and scrapped my arm pretty bad. When I caught up with the others at Sammy's for lunch and told them what happened, these sweet friends (Michelle and Elaine)  got up immediately and found a store to get me first aid supplies and patched me up.   Of course the first thing I did was look around to see if anyone saw me fall!  :(  Isn't that what we do?

After lunch we went outside to look around on the waterfront.

I don't know why we bothered to comb our hair.  So windy.  Nice view though.
Karen, Elaine, Carmen

Some of the team  were in different areas, Karel and her friend went sightseeing on the trolley and Jess and Margaret went sightseeing in another direction too.

Thanks for stopping by!

Savannah- Stampin UP ON Stage - Day 1

On our way to Stampin' UP! On Stage Conference.   Karen Patterson, one of my team members in town drove us to Savannah. We always have a good time together.

 We are getting closer!

We arrived and what a fun trip.

Below we checked out our rooms and it was nice.

Karen checking out the beds.

We had a good space to use our computers as well as an extra bed.

These are our other room mates Joan in front from Lake Wales, Florida and Cindy from Durham, NC in the other room at the desk behind Joan.  Cindy are you photo bombing Joan. These ladies are so much fun, I can't remember the last time I laughed so much.

We always make room mate presents (little treats or just something to let them know you are glad to be here with them). This was my little pillow gifts for my room mates.

Thanks for stopping by and stay tuned for more fun photos.

What do Delightful Dijon, Mint Macaron, Tip Top Taupe, Watermelon Wonder and Cucumber Crush have in common? They retire at the end of May to be replaced with 5 amazing NEW in-colors for 2017-2019.

Once it is announced that the colors will officially retire, we will likely see a mad-dash to gather up all the In Colors - and they will be gone before you know it.  So check your inks and paper and refills and accessories to make sure you are stocked up with your favorites.

Check out my website HERE if you do not have a current catalog!

Thanks for stopping by!

On Stage - Savannah

Leaving for Savannah today! I will come home with the 2017-2018 catalog and get to pre-order some of the new goodies. Yippee  I can not wait.  I have been busy with some presents for my team that I will show you later after they get delivered.

On Stage is a Stampin' UP! conference that we have twice a year around the world.  If the On Stage Live is in another country then we have several here in the US and when it is close enough I try to go. This year is the most exciting for me. I have 10 of my team members meeting me there from Florida, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.  I have one of my team members going to the Richmond ON Stage (since she lives 30 min away from the event).   Join my team and go with us next year!  Ask me for details.

This year has been amazing, my team have been growing and sharing what they love and promoting  and it is exciting to see them grow and earn new titles.  God blesses this little business of mine each day and brings so many wonderful people into my life.

Yesterday I got a call from one of my customers at an assisted living home about the present I left for her and she was so sweet.  We had discussed our April class would be favors for a luncheon she was having for her friends.  I realized I didn't have time for a class with preparing for my trip this week so I asked her if I could just make them for her and she said yes.  She made me smile when I got off the phone with her, she said she loved the favors and no on had done anything like that for her in a long time.  WOW that brings tears to my eyes.  I am going to make some more fun projects with her when I get back.  Here is the simple Hershey Bar I covered with Succulents Garden's paper.     The flower is just scallops wrinkled up and misted and layered.

Thanks for stopping by and check back this week for more exciting photos of what is going on in Savannah.
